Where is your studio located?
Our yoga classes are held in home studios at Nallur Road and Roxy Square. The venue for each class is listed on the schedule. Upon booking confirmation, you will receive an email with instructions on how to get there.
Do you have studio pets?
Our Roxy Square home studio has a cat. Please let us know in advance if you are uncomfortable or allergic and we will help you.
Are mats and props provided?
We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, and padding. Feel free to bring your own mat or yoga towel.
Are shower facilities available?
Each home studio has a shower and toilet. Soap, shampoo and hair conditioner are provided for use. Please bring a bath towel if you intend to shower.
